A small network issue means we can no longer see the photos that are being sent in. Time to stretch the legs and see what is going on outside in the real world. I say real world as down here in the bunker I tend to feel a bit cut off from everything, other than photos and templates. When you take a break for lunch, and go to the Broadcast Centre canteen the sense of 'odd' is further amplified by finding yourself in the queue behind Navratilova or McEnroe. Though that is not quite as surreal as seeing Hale & Pace, wearing matching deckchair blazers, chomping their way through strawberries and cream in said canteen a couple of years ago. Put me right off my lunch.

Legs unstretched, I sit here typing a post, when I should be out getting some fresh air. I did manage a brief break earlier, and went up on the roof of the Broadcast Centre, hoping to take some pictures. I can get a good view over Court 18, and I have taken some of my favourite tennis photos from up there. I did indeed take a few, but they were rubbish. Well, not all of them were, but I won't be able to process them until work has finished for the day. Instead, here is one taken a couple of days ago of the room we are working in. The large packing cases are not there now, so we have a bit more room in the, er, room.

The network issue is still preventing us from processing any photos. Ho hum.
